GB teams compete on the international circuits in both Gallery Rifle and Handgun (Centre-fire Pistol and Revolver) events.

The teams are officially recognised and endorsed by the NRA - the National Governing Body for shooting in Great Britain - and are members of the respective International bodies governing Gallery Rifle (the International Gallery Rifle Federation - IGRF) and Handgun competition (the World Association for PPC shooting - WA1500).

The GR team was formally established in 2010 after a number of years of informal 'friendlies' at Bisley and overseas. An official handgun team was subsequently established in 2022 - despite the legal and logistical challenges of ownership of centre-fire handguns in Britain. Both teams represent the pinnacle of the shooting sports in their respective fields and have demonstrated time and again that Capability, Consistency and Commitment lead to success.
